We have been told for almost a year now that only by wearing a mask, social distancing, and avoiding public gatherings would we save lives. Since then, we've learned that this position is not entirely true. Given what we now know, what would be a reasonable approach to attending church?

Mandates for the sake of simply being on the safe side of things violate people’s freedoms and makes them miserable. On a deeper level, it distorts cultural values and dissolves communities.

Semantic overload refers to words or phrases that have more that one meaning; sometimes meanings that are at complete odds with what we thought they meant. A perfect example of this are the virtue signalling signs that we have all seen in yards. But what are they really trying to say?
